Vinyasa yoga lesson

Clarys Nony, art historian and yoga teacher, offers you a vinyasa yoga lesson in the intimate setting of the Salon rouge at the Musée national J-J Henner.
A privileged moment of well-being in a private mansion steeped in history, each participant is guided in a yoga practice for all levels, followed by a meditation in discussion with the work of the painter Jean-Jacques Henner.

Mats are not provided, so please bring your own.

YOGA & CULTURE

An art historian and yoga teacher, Clarys combines her two passions in a unique concept called Yoga & Culture.
The quest for physical and mental well-being and happiness takes many forms. Confronting the 'beautiful' through the discovery of monuments or museums steeped in history, exceptional artistic collections and unique works of art, can be part of this quest for well-being. Because these places and works of art have passed through history, they are charged with energy and positive vibrations through the emotions and sensations they bring to their visitors. We've all experienced this at some point: a place, a painting or a sculpture has given rise to a new emotion that resonates within us, something akin to "love at first sight", with the discovery changing us and leaving us with a unique memory.

Yoga & Culture is determined by the quest for this inner and outer balance and 'beauty', which can come from ourselves, in particular through the practice of yoga, or from our environment, through practice in cultural venues.
