Jean-Jacques Henner's little bookshop

Librairie
Boutique-librairie du musée © Musée Henner

Installed in a beautiful mansion-artist's house built in 1878, this museum dedicated to the work of Jean-Jacques Henner has been in existence since 1924.

After several successive phases of refurbishment, it reopened its doors in 2016 with a new reception area and bookshop.

All the reference works on the painter Jean-Jacques Henner and the artists he worked with can be found here; part of the collection is also dedicated to the personalities behind the cultural and intellectual emulation of the Plaine Monceau district, then dubbed "the most artistic of artists' districts"

The boutique-library also offers a wide selection of derivative products: postcards, magnets, tote-bags, notebooks and sketchbooks, notebooks, pencils...
