In this year of 2024, the Jean-Jacques Henner Museum celebrates its centenary and inaugurates two new tours aimed at specific audiences.
The 5 senses tour, a route based on a multisensory approach to the museum and its works, has been rethought to adapt to new audiences: social field, psychically and cognitively handicapped, nursery ( from 2 years old), school (from 3 to 18 years old). This new version is supported by devices designed to make the visit even more attractive and interactive.
Since 2024, the Polar tour - an original itinerary immersing teenage and adult visitors in a candlelit museum to discover the story of a dark crime story - has been offered to school groups (middle and high school). Students are invited to explore, in an original way, themes covered in class: the death penalty, the history of the press, the progress of a criminal investigation, and advances in forensic science. During this interactive, theatrical visit, students are regularly called upon to help unmask the famous murderer of the "Massacre de Pantin".
