Over the past forty years, Pierre AUSSEDAT has acted in numerous classic and modern plays, under the direction of Yves Pignot, Francis Huster, Jean Michel Ribes, Luc Bondy, Gilles Cohen and, for several years now, he has been working regularly with Laurent Pelly.
He recently appeared in Mary Chase's play "Harvey", which was a great success at the Théâtre du Rond Point and throughout France. His film credits include Cyrano de Bergerac by Jean Paul Rappeneau, Les Visiteurs by Jean Marie Poiré, Nikita Mikhalkov's Le barbier de Sibérie, Xavier Beauvois' Le petit lieutenant, Bertrand Blier's Les acteurs...
On television, he plays a variety of roles in numerous TV movies, and since 2013 he has played the character of Commissaire Briare in the series Mongeville.
